Our Nurse Aides get to assist our Resident with daily care as specified in the Resident’s comprehensive assessment and plan of care. Such care includes assuring resident safety and assist with their mobility and performing/assisting with personal cares (i.e. their activities of daily living). These services are consistent with the Home's standards and philosophy and are in compliance with all regulations, codes, policies and procedures that govern the facility.
Qualified candidates must meet Indiana state requirements for CNA and be active on the Indiana Nurse Aide Registry.

Retirement: You will receive a monthly contribution to your Pension at a rate of 3.82% of your salary! Enrollment is automatic after you have been employed for one year and you will be fully vested after only five years in the plan.
