We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Enterprise Architect to assist in building a brand-new digital marketing platform and creating a re-designed customer experience centric public facing website for Littelfuse. The ideal candidate responsibilities will include improving the current Digital Marketing IT infrastructure, optimizing digital marketing operations, and setting the direction and approach for integrating digital information applications and programs. The candidate will also be responsible for cataloging, developing, coordinating, communicating, maintaining, and enforcing overall enterprise architecture models, representations, initiatives, capabilities, and components to adequately perform the Littelfuse organization's business and technology activities. The candidate will also be responsible for architecture designing processes for cloud and container-based web eco-system, DevOps, tracking project progress, and maintaining a security focus for Digital marketing and sales force applications. This role includes managing a global team comprised of enterprise architects and software developers. Primary Duties and Accountabilities Leads an extended architecture organization to design and develop cross-functional enterprise level conceptual designs and architecture design descriptions. Leading Architecture development for high architecture impact projects/initiatives. Acts as a thought leader across technology team to make target state actionable through execution roadmaps. Confronts and solves business transformation, performance/operational goals to improve efficiency and operations. Consults on the applicability of state-of-the-art infrastructure and coding technologies in the Littelfuse environment. Processes and procedures handled ensure that Littelfuse systems and IT infrastructure provide reliability, performance, and security to minimize business interruption. Continuous process improvement activities to further develop Enterprise Architecture and Governance capabilities. Partners with Senior Leadership to create information technology processes and procedures to build and support the systems and infrastructure for optimal performance, reliability, and security. Consults cross functional managers on enterprise architecture, road maps, strategy, technological innovation, business process transformation, cloud infrastructure, machine learning, etc. Leads systems and infrastructure projects that influence business transformation, productivity, and process automation /re-engineering. Works on process optimization where analysis of business processes and data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives. Maintains knowledge of newest external technology, coding, best practices, and competitors. Translates knowledge to internal stakeholders at executive level. Developing technical standards, such as programming languages or tools, that can be applied across an organization’s departments. Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience 10 years working experience in IT. 8 years of experience with enterprise architecture. 5 years of experience with systems engineering. 3 years of experience in Sitecore and marketing web technologies including IaaC and containers. 5 years of experience in Azure or any other cloud services like AWS or GCP. 3 years of experience in enterprise search engine technologies. 5 years of experiences in CRM / CPQ technologies. Certification in Togaf or other enterprise architecture in required for this role. Significant experience managing teams of software developers and other technical staff. Experience with vendor product evaluation and recommendations for possible adoption. Must be comfortable interacting with key leadership, be articulate, and be proactive. Knowledge of programming and coding languages necessary to affect task requirements. Experience with multi-domain command and control, cross-domain, and open mission systems. Experience with developing engineering, technology enhancements, and reliability recommendations. Advanced technical skills in C#, SQL, JavaScript framework, APIs and Docker Containers and Kubernetes framework. Excellent time management, process management and project management skills. High level of verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
