Enterprise Architect

As an Enterprise Architect, you will work closely with IT and business stakeholders to understand current and future needs, then assist in the design, documentation, and implementation of solutions. Working in a collaborative organization, you will have significant influence to improve the efficiency, performance, scalability, and security of our environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to evaluate and design technical solutions.
• Partner with other architects to develop technical roadmaps and evangelize enterprise strategies based on business goals and industry best practices.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies to provide competitive advantages and internal efficiencies.
• Create and maintain enterprise technical documentation.
• Complete other projects and tasks as assigned.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in IT-related discipline or equivalent industry experience.
• 5-7 years of IT engineering or operations experience in 1000 employee organizations.
• 2-3 years of architecture experience in 100 person IT/Dev groups.
• Broad familiarity with all major IT disciplines and experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Deep experience across the entire Microsoft ecosystem: Azure, On-Prem, AppDev, Modern Workplace, and Data/AI.
• Advanced knowledge of SDLC practices, code management, deployment pipelines, and cloud-native design.
• Experience with both full stack development and third-party solutions, along with their applicable integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft's Power Platform, Power BI, and Dataverse.
