About the Role:

Litigiven is seeking an experienced and creative Content Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Content Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and leading a growing department. The ideal candidate is not only a strategic thinker but also possesses hands-on skills to build a new website and manage our Social Media and SEO presence effectively. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies, and create and edit high-quality content. This includes but is not limited to content calendars, blog posts, white papers, eBooks, press releases, videos, and social media content, while monitoring project progress to engage the target audience and enhance the brand image.
  • Manage all aspects of content production, ensuring the quality, consistency, and relevance to the target audience.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, website traffic, and social media engagement.
  • Identify target audiences and devise campaigns that engage, inform, and convert.
  • Spearhead the evolution of company website and products, ensuring alignment with brand identity and effectively communicating our value proposition.
  • Develop high-quality, impactful content for various marketing channels, including website copy, blog posts, email campaigns, and social media content.
  • Analyze the performance of content marketing and KPIs to optimize future content strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategies for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (such as Product, Sales, Customer Service) and external vendors to ensure the overall coherence and effectiveness of the content strategy.
  • Collaborate with web developers and designers to optimize user experience and functionality.
  • Manage the company's social media platforms, regularly posting content and interacting with users.
  • Manage and develop content team members, including Graphic Designers/Creative Specialists and possibly freelance writers, ensuring team productivity and content quality.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the company's content is forward-looking and competitive.
  • Work closely with sales and product teams to create innovative content forms and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and user engagement, ensuring the content strategy aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in content marketing or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years in team management. 
  • Profound content creation and editing skills, familiar with SEO best practices, and proficient in social media strategy.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, capable of creating compelling content optimized for various platforms.
  • Proven experience working closely with Sales and Product Teams 
  • Excellent project management abilities, capable of managing the timelines and budgets of multiple projects.
  • Analytical skills, able to make informed decisions using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to effectively collaborate in a cross-departmental environment.
  • Preference for candidates with a background in finance, tech, or legal industries.
