We are looking for a customer-focused Intake Specialist to join our team and help us continue to deliver the highest quality service to our clients. Come grow with us!

Duties/Responsibilities

• Learn the case types that we offer at the firm.
• Qualify each client for a potential case type based on Attorney’s direction, trainings, and other communications.
• Use approved sales scripts to convert potential leads into admitted clients based on benefits and values of each case type.
• Schedule and regularly follow up with all leads that have potential case types to remind them of the value of our services.

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English

• Proven ability to meet deadlines
• Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
• Must be available to work weekends 

This position is full-time, with a thorough training period. 

Salary: $23 - $24 / hour plus commission
