Liquidity Services, Inc. is Hiring a Front Office Coordinator - Tucson, AZ Near Tucson, AZ

General Summary

The Front Office Coordinator is responsible for handling customer inquiries, incoming phone calls/emails, front office clerical and administrative duties, problem-solving customer issues and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service – You will be expected to answer questions about our assets and services, facility information (hours, location, drop-off days, etc.), and resolve basic customer concerns and complaints.
  • Check Out – Loadout is Monday-Wednesday after an auction. Checking out customers is your main responsibility these days. When a customer comes in, ask if they are here for a vehicle or surplus purchase. Look up the customer invoice in the appropriate system.
  • Signing Up New Consignors.
  • Clerical Duties – The front desk is your area of responsibility and will consist of various clerical and administrative tasks. These include, but are not limited to:
    • Filing paperwork and titles, organizing vehicle and surplus records, preparing paperwork and files for upcoming auctions, scanning archived records, preparing mail, cleaning the front lobby, helping with auction audits, and preparing correspondence and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education/ Experience:

  • HS Diploma/GED is preferred
  • 2 years office experience

Skills:

  • Bilingual with spanish is required
  • Time management is organizational skills
  • Great customer service and communication skills
  • Attention to detail

Ability:

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail
  • Ability to be flexible, adapt, and do what it takes to execute initiatives

Work Conditions/ Physical Demands: Typical office environment.

Work location:

  • Sierra Auction - 3911 N Hwy Dr, Tucson, AZ 85705
  • Candidate must be able to work 7:30 am -4 pm M-F schedule.
