The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for inbound and/or outbound customer shipments while leading a group of Warehouse Specialists in the respective department. This is a production-based environment where the Lead is responsible for the for the safety, quality, and performance for their area.

Work Conditions/ Physical Demands: Work is performed in the warehouse setting where individuals may be exposed to loud noise levels, vibration, chemicals, dust, mechanical hazards, and moving objects or other vehicles. May be exposed to cold and hot temperatures, inclement weather conditions, and hazardous physical substances and fumes. May interact with employees and the public while performing job duties.
Must possess the mobility to work in a standard warehouse setting and work with and around a variety of equipment, parts, and inventory. Must possess the strength, stamina, and mobility to perform medium physical work; vision to read printed materials and a computer screen and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone or radio. The job involves standing for long periods, walking, and working on surfaces that may be uneven or become slippery. Finger dexterity is needed to access, enter, and retrieve data using a computer keyboard or calculator. Positions in this classification bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and may climb to perform work. Individuals must possess the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds and heavier weights with the proper equipment. Must be able to wear closed toe shoes while onsite.
