About Us: Wilson & Kinsman limits its practice to plaintiff personal injury claims and criminal defense. With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to client advocacy, we are expanding our operations with the opening of a second office. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to support our expanding client base.

Position Overview:

• Role: Sales Representative
• Employment Type: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 hours a day
• Location: Elkhart and South Bend, Indiana
• Responsibilities:
• Conduct meetings with potential new clients and one of our attorneys
• Follow up with clients to address any questions or concerns
• Update client data in our CRM system
• Work collaboratively with our legal team to ensure seamless client experiences
• No Cold Calling: Our sales process is based on warm leads and client inquiries, so there's no cold calling involved.
• Sales Script: The qualified applicant must be willing to follow a proven sales script to effectively communicate our services and benefits to potential clients.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience preferred but not required
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional client service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
