Lionstone Care Management is seeking a highly motivated and passionate leader to direct our team of quality care providers in our Fairfield, OH facility. We represent a team of leaders with a proven track record as a leading provider of quality long term care providers.

Now Hiring:
Executive Director (ED)

The Executive Director is esponsible for directing the operations of all departments within the long term care facility. Will achieve specific financial, employee relations, customer service and clinical objectives through strong leadership and effective management skills.

Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• To direct, organize and evaluate falcility program, services, and personnel.
• To ensure State, Federal and local Rehabilitation Policies, Procedures and Patient Care Standards are met at every department level
• To serve as a clininical resource, when appropriate, and participate in routine compliance audits as assigned.
• To manage new facility start-ups and labor costs
• To review and analyze weekly and/or monthly reporting.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years Executive level experience in healthcare facility
• Strong background in SNF and AL settings in a management role
• Positive outlook with a focus on unifying and empowering at a department level
• Self disciplined with ability to multi-task
