Lion of Judah Montessori is Hiring a HR Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Near Dallas, TX

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. This position will provide administrative support to various departments within the company.

Responsibilities:

- File and maintain documents, records, and reports

- Assist with childcare administrative tasks, such as contacting parents, potential employees and employees.

- Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met

- Type and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents

- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings

- Provide customer support by answering inquiries and resolving issues

- Assist with tours, marketing and enrollment

Requirements:

- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred

- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite

- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
