**Overview:**

We are seeking a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is a natural leader and will have strong communication skills, the ability to analyze and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.

**Responsibilities:**

- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person

- Manage field technician schedules, use GPS tracking and dispatch software

- Provide information about products and services

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

**Skills:**

- Proficient in using phone systems for customer interactions

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong typing skills for data entry tasks

- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Familiarity with Dispatch software systems is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.85 - $20.65 per hour
