DFC is a military spouse & women-owned small business located in Red Mill Shopping Center Virginia Beach, VA.

We are looking to hire 2 part-time or a full-time person

8 am to 4 pm ( 1/2 hour unpaid lunch break ) or 2 part-time 8 am to 1:30 pm & 1 pm to 5 pm ( All Monday through Friday )

- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive and helpful experience for callers
- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients, effectively promoting our services and generating leads
- Utilize multiple programs and systems efficiently to accurately record and retrieve important customer information
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering appropriate solutions
- Contribute to lead generation efforts by identifying and qualifying potential sales opportunitiesRequired Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and confidently
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills to understand and address customer needs effectively
- Proficiency in using multiple programs and systems simultaneously, with the ability to navigate through them seamlessly
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role, demonstrating a customer-centric approach and problem-solving skills
