Position Overview
Our exciting Business Development Analyst opportunity combines financial and business acumen with a passion for strategic analysis that makes dynamic business impacts.
Full Circle Fiber Partners recognizes a Business Development Analyst's vital role in driving growth and profitability through market and financial analysis across all lines of business. This role will report to the VP of Business Development and demonstrate strong reasoning and communication skills to assist in proposal development, management, reporting, and financial analysis.
Location: This position is located in our Denver, CO corporate office.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify, market trends, competitor analysis and emerging opportunities in the broadband construction industry.
  • Proposal Development: Proven ability to increase competitiveness and market share Create compelling proposals in response to RFP/RFQ's. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to compile required information and present best-in-class proposals.
  • Financial Analysis: Support in-depth financial analysis of projects, including cost estimation, revenue projection, and profitability analysis.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators (KPI's), financial metrics, and progress towards business development goals.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, department, and industry leaders.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in the development and implementation of business development strategies and long-term growth plans. Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis and financial projections to support strategic decision-making.
  • Customer Focus: Priority on exemplary communications with customers, exceeding SLA's and meeting client needs.
Position Requirements & Preferred Qualifications:
  • Entry level to 5 yrs. experience, construction or related industries preferred (telecommunications / cable MSO / Gas Utilities)
  • Bachelor's degree in business development, marketing, or finance in lieu of work experience may be considered.
  • Analytical and financial modeling skills a plus
  • Proficient in Excel, all MS Office products and other financial software.
  • Strong initiative, comfortable with ambiguity, and willingness to move outside of one's comfort zone.
  • Ability to travel within the United States by Air and Road transportation.
  • Embrace change and demonstrate a growth mindset.
The Environment
The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-changing, start-up environment where resources are optimized around producing measurable results. A heavy reliance upon industry partners and contingent resources is a crucial aspect of this role. The role will be predominately office based with limited opportunities for hybrid work schedules. Some travel to operating units and client meeting will be necessary.

Wage Scale: $45,000 - $65,000 annual base salary commensurate with education and relevant experience . The range listed is just one component of Full Circle's total compensation package; other rewards may include annual bonuses and/or short- and long-term incentives.
