Chief of Staff/Operations Director

Delta Dallas is partnering with a company in Dallas to identify a Chief of Staff/Director of Operations to support all operational functions of the organization. This role offers high visibility, impact, and influence within the company, where your voice and experience will play a crucial role in shaping the direction and driving the growth of the organization.

This Chief of Staff will be the right hand to the President and will spearhead all company initiatives as it relates to improved processes, creating and or enhancing current operational programs, facilitate all initiatives for 2024 to include a new training program, software implementation, onboarding/offboarding processes, new recognition and awards programs, etc. This is a strategic role that will work closely with cross functional departments to deliver solutions across the company.

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably an MBA
• 5-7 years of operations experience, preferably from a consulting environment
• Must have supported programs that are multistate with 500 employees
• Proven project management experience detailing process from A to Z from design of project plan to implementation
• Must have experience partnering with cross functional departments for solutions surrounding projects such as partnering with finance/accounting and IT on a new software system, partnering with HR to spearhead a new recognition program, etc.
• Client is focusing on candidates who possess a broad range of consulting skills, with a strong emphasis on operations, human resources, and technology
