Lifetime Pet Wellness Center is a full-service animal hospital providing advanced modern and holistic treatment for pets. In addition to veterinary medicine, we also offer boarding and grooming services.
Responsibilities
In this role as a Veterinary Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that require a combination of veterinary knowledge and customer service skills. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited too:
- Providing exceptional customer service to pet owners, answering inquiries, and scheduling appointments
- Utilizing your veterinary experience to assist customers with questions related to pet care and medical treatments
- Using veterinary terminology accurately to communicate effectively with pet owners and veterinary staff
- Collaborating with the veterinary team to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient care
Your role as a Veterinary Customer Service Representative will be crucial in ensuring a positive experience for both pet owners and their furry companions.
