• You are an excellent communicator, whether it’s gracefully navigating difficult client situations, or contributing to our fun collaborative company culture.
• When it comes to dependability and punctuality, your responsible professionalism sets the precedent for everyone to show up and bring their best to work every day.
• Once you have familiarized yourself with our day-to-day operations, you will keep an eye and ears out for improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

In this role as a Veterinary Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that require a combination of veterinary knowledge and customer service skills. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited too:

- Providing exceptional customer service to pet owners, answering inquiries, and scheduling appointments
- Utilizing your veterinary experience to assist customers with questions related to pet care and medical treatments
- Using veterinary terminology accurately to communicate effectively with pet owners and veterinary staff
- Collaborating with the veterinary team to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient care
Your role as a Veterinary Customer Service Representative will be crucial in ensuring a positive experience for both pet owners and their furry companions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
