Teach the next generation of gastroenterologists while practicing with some of the top physicians in the field. Lifespan Physician Group Gastroenterology: Rhode Island Hospital an affiliated hospital of the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University has an opening for a board certified or eligible gastroenterologist. You will join a highly specialized team of academic gastroenterologists that focus on providing the highest level of care while training Brown University residents and fellows. At Lifespan Physician Group Gastroenterology, we offer a full range of medical treatments for digestive diseases, including conditions of the esophagus, stomach, small and large intestine, gallbladder, pancreas, and colon. We take a multidisciplinary approach, working closely with other specialists as needed. Our board-certified gastroenterologists are also faculty members at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University.
- Join a team of 5 other gastroenterologists and 2 advanced practice providers
- Scope 800 case per year
- Call 1:7 with fellows' assistance
- 4 days of clinical activities and 1 day of administrative time
- Strong presence of specialized nurses and pharmacist on site
- Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible
- Academic appointment to Brown University
- EMR is Epic
- Generous base salary with strong RVU compensation
