For 50 years, LifePath has been providing a variety of community and residential services to individuals of all ages with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout 7 counties in Pennsylvania. LifePath's programs and services are guided by the principal of everyday lives, an environment of respect and dignity and opportunities to make decisions and choices about one's own life.
Program Supervisor responsibilities include but are not limited to overall management of a residential group home, supervising direct care staff, interviewing, scheduling, training, disciplines, monthly staff meetings, payroll, petty cash, monthly and annual reports; daily documentation, monthly fire drills, community outings, scheduling and attending doctors’ appointments with residents, direct care, and following and overseeing implementation of behavior plans, protocols and care plans.
Full Time 40hrs Monday – Friday and on-call responsibilities.
Program Supervisor qualifications:
-A minimum of one year experience working with adults diagnosed with developmental disabilities
-One year supervisory experience preferred-At least 18 years of age
-Valid Driver's license with 3-year clean driving record (PREFERRED)
-Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to read and comprehend English language to understand work assignments, LifePath policies and procedures, and perform job safely
