Lifeline Living Center is Hiring a Caregiver | Phoenix Areas Near Phoenix, AZ

Providing culturally sensitive and respectful personal care, our Certified Caregivers ensure the health, safety, and day-to-day living support of our senior clients in Pheonix and nearby areas. We are an institution that maintains a collegial, hard-working team that prepares its members for work and life success. We’re actively searching for Certified Caregivers to join our team and provide health support to our residents. Join us today! No experience needed—we train!

Responsibilities:

  • Observe residents for changes in physical, emotional, mental, and social condition and report promptly to a licensed nurse and/or supervisor
  • Accompany clients with grocery shopping and doctor’s appointments
  • Provide light housekeeping, run errands or provide transportation if needed
  • Prepare meals, purchase food and provide personal assistance with general living needs as needed
  • Maintain resident clothing and closet in a neat and orderly manner
  • Engage residents in meaningful conversation and socialization while providing personal care assistance
  • Help residents take prescribed medication
  • Help residents with routine exercises
  • Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
  • Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times

Requirement

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 18 years old and above
  • Proof of COVID vaccination
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Clean criminal background record/able to undergo background check
  • Clean drug record
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to undergo training
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
