Essential Functions:

• Assisting patients with daily living activities such as feeding, bathing, and dressing.
• Recording and reporting changes in the health or behavior of patients.
• Checking vital signs, recording medical information, and maintaining accurate patient records.
• Participating in health education programs and in-service training to enhance nursing skills.
• Supporting the nursing staff’s daily operational and administrative tasks.

Qualifications: 

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• State-mandated health screenings, CPR certification, and a clean criminal background check
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle patients empathetically and maintain patient confidentiality
• Solid understanding of basic nursing principles
• Proven experience in a healthcare setting, ideally at least a year 
• Proof of COVID vaccination
• Must be 18 years old and above
