Duties and Responsibilities

• Enhance the lives of older adults by assisting them with activities of daily living including grooming, dressing, toileting, bathing, changing linens, meal preparations, feeding, and maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Provide high-quality care to our senior residents, following our company policies and procedures
• Assist with ambulation, hospital transfers, doctor’s appointments, and routine or rehabilitative exercises as prescribed by the therapist
• Attend to or accompany residents in performing grocery shopping and other appointments
• Provide physical, emotional, and clinical support and companionship
• Communicate the needs of residents effectively to family members, healthcare personnel, and management
• Maintain resident confidentiality at all times

Qualification

• High school diploma or GED
• Proof of COVID vaccination
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Valid Driver’s License and car insurance
• Proof of TB test
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
• BLS/First Aid Certification required
• Ability to act quickly and efficiently in times of emergency
