Life Shifting Learning Academy ( Private School) is Hiring a Teacher Assistant (1st Grade) Near Pensacola, FL

7:00 A.M - 3:00 P.M

Monday - Friday

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher aide to join our team at our school. The teacher aide will work closely with the classroom teacher to provide support and assistance in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for students.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities

- Provide one-on-one support to students as needed

- Help with classroom management and organization

- Collaborate with the teacher to create a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere

- Assist with grading, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience working with children

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Patience and a passion for working with young learners
