Life Managers & Associates supports older individuals with the administrative and organizational responsibilities required to age in place.

Client Manager's role - Manage projects within client’s environment, which may include:

• Daily money management
• Open mail, prepare checks for signature, balance checkbooks and file
• Negotiate with creditors
• Inventory the client’s personal files and prepare a Personal Inventory
• Collect and organize relative tax documents to send to the client’s accountant
• Review medical bills and insurance statements to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement

Work collaboratively with clients and their family members to help develop a plan to manage and accomplish the client’s needs, goals and objectives:

Work with the client’s professional team – financial advisor, attorney, accountant, etc.

Connect resources and offer solutions to problems, as necessary

Arrange and manage services with client’s in-home resources and contractors

Home organization:

• Schedule and manage contractors for home maintenance
• Identify home maintenance projects required to maintain the value of the home
• Create organizing solutions/systems for spaces ranging from file cabinets, closets, basements, attics and all living spaces in the home
• De-clutter storage spaces and living spaces. Arrange for items to be sold donated and disposed

Protect client’s privacy while dealing with confidential information

Document and log all activities with clients

Skills and Qualifications:

• Extremely organized
• Daily Money Management experience
• Computer skills
• Experience with older adults preferred
• Use of personal vehicle required to service clients
• Service to the Philadelphia metropolitan area
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Hourly Compensation
• Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
