LightSpring Home Care (Formerly Charter Home Health) is Hiring a Client Services Manager, Home Care Near Philadelphia, PA

Duties/Responsibilities:

LightSpring Home Care is seeking a Client Services Manager who will be part of the marketing team for the Greater Philadelphia area. We are a high growth company and this opportunity includes commission/bonus pay of potentially 100% of base pay and will focus on increasing the number of new intakes for the PA Waiver programs especially the CommunityHealthChoices program. Key responsibilities will include the following:

  • Plan and execute marketing and outreach activities including the cultivation of key referral sources such as healthcare facilities, physicians, eldercare facilities, residential facilities, Medicare agencies, service coordination organizations, social service organizations, and nursing homes in order to explore and identify homecare needs and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a list of prospects, clients, and referral sources for contact/and or mailings.
  • Describe, explain, and promote agency services to key communities, facility managers, discharge planners, and leaders/influencers in the long term care community in Philadelphia and surrounding locations.
  • Meet sales and revenue targets and track/report progress on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Conduct client intakes and ensure support for case management and operations processes from ‘lead’ status through start of care.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Deep knowledge of and experience with the Pennsylvania Medicaid Waiver programs including CommunityHealthChoices
  • Strong familiarity with PA Waiver MCOs–Keystone First CHC, PA Health & Wellness CHC, and UMPC CHC
  • Strong community level grass roots connections and experience with local social service organizations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.
  • Strong database management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, or related software.

Education and Experience:

  • High School completion, college degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the home care/Long-term care sector
  • Record of achievement in sales, marketing and business development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
