The Kitchen Manager oversees the daily restaurant, banquet and ancillary food service operation throughout the property. The Kitchen Manager will maximize revenues and profits while maintaining superior standards and integrity of our food program throughout the property. The responsibilities of this senior leadership role include ensuring successful kitchen operations, developing and motivating BOH staff, managing budgeted targets, overseeing a seasonal, delicious and sanitary culinary program as well as creating a dazzling culture of hospitality.
