Job Summary:

Liberty is on the hunt for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with businesspeople across multiple channels, ensuring their needs are met. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound phone calls.
• Processing incoming surplus buying leads by communicating with Lead Generation Team, entering the information into our database, and getting feedback from the Buying Team.
• Communicating with customers via phone and email to follow-up on getting pictures and/or information on the surplus machinery they have available.
• Adding or updating company and contact information in our database.
• Sending quotes.
• Researching customer information on the web.
• Researching machinery information on the web, in our catalog library, and directly with OEMs.
• Prospecting via phone and email for surplus buying opportunities.
• Additional roles depending on your aptitude, experience, and drive.

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to stay on task while working independently.
• Basic computer skills – email, web search, data entry.
• Ability to work cooperatively with a team.
• Ability to accept and incorporate constructive feedback.

Office Culture:

• Small business, non-corporate setting
• Weekday hours 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
• Business casual attire

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
