We are currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Coordinator role in Greensboro, NC! This is a temp to hire position with a great company that has been in business for over 70 years! We are looking for a motivated and results driven individual with at least 2 years of inside Sales experience.

You will be responsible for reaching out their existing customers who’s memberships are about to expire. Your primary goal will be to renew these memberships, ensuring their customers maintain their warranty and continue to receive top-notch service and support.

Responsibilities :

Conducting outbound calls to contact existing customers via phone to discuss the renewal of their maintenance and / or monitoring memberships.

Clearly communicate the benefits of renewing their maintenance and / or monitoring membership, including warranty protection and ongoing system maintenance.

Address any questions or concerns customers may have about the maintenance and / or monitoring membership along with its importance.

Meet or exceed monthly renewal targets and quotas.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Gather and report customer feedback to help improve our services and processes.

Qualifications :

At least 2 years of previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.

Proficient with CRM software and other sales tools.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.

Ability to clearly and persuasively convey the value of our maintenance membership.

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
