LHH is targeting a Customer Service Representative for one of our clients. You will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our business clients. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that our clients receive outstanding service and support. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a strong understanding of B2B dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for business clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
• Process orders, manage account information, and handle billing inquiries
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services
• Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently, escalating to the appropriate team members when necessary
• Provide clients with product and service information, including updates and new offerings
• Assist in the preparation of client reports and presentations
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling our products and services
• Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B customer service or account management
• Strong understanding of B2B sales and customer service processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
