We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have friendly communications skills both on the phone and in person and will conduct themselves professionally.

Duties:

-Answer phones

-Take messages

-Make appointments

- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
- Maintain a clean and organized area
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

- Excellent communication skills both on the phone and in person

- Proficiency in general computer literacy
