LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with aleading financial institution committed to delivering exceptional banking services to their customers.
Due to growth, they are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Customer Service Representative based out of their Federal Way, WA location.
We are seeking candidates with at least 6 months of previous customer service experience who can start immediately, as they are ready to hire ASAP.

Position Details :
Location : Onsite in Federal Way, WA
Duration : 4-5 month contract with potential for extension
Pay : $21 per hour
Hours : M-F, full time, standard business hours
Responsibilities :
Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with banking inquiries, account transactions, and product information.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services to meet their financial goals.
Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and escalate complex matters to the appropriate department for further investigation.
Process account changes, updates, and transactions accurately and efficiently.
Educate customers on the features and benefits of our banking products, including online and mobile banking services.
Maintain thorough knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to customers.
Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required
6 months or more of previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or banking environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM software ideal.
Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus.
