Corporate Paralegal LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Corporate Paralegal with 4 years of experience in corporate or business law for a contract role with a corporation. This is a hybrid role located in Arlington, VA. Requirements: * Assist with discovery and document retention compliance. * Prepare, review, and update corporate contracts and other agreements including event and consulting contracts . * Maintain contracts repository, draft meeting minutes, and media releases. * Monitor corporate and environmental regulatory requirements for compliance. * Assist with corporate governance, research, and public policy. Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree. * 4 years of contract drafting experience, corporate or in-house experience is ideal.
