You're an experienced legal professional with a passion for facilitating cross-agency collaboration on global issues. With at least 10 years practicing law under your belt, you know how to navigate complex regulatory environments with poise. Here are a few other qualities that make you a perfect fit:

  • You thrive on coordinating with diverse stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives forward. Your outstanding communication skills allow you to build bridges across departments.
  • You have a knack for mastering nuanced subject matters. Prior expertise in areas like energy, infrastructure, and international finance is a huge plus.
  • You appreciate the value of discretion and integrity when dealing with sensitive matters related to national security.
  • You're intellectually curious about emerging issues like human rights and environmental policies, especially in cross-border contexts.

What You'll Do

In this key role, you'll serve as the vital link between our agency and its governing board made up of leaders from top federal agencies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prepping materials like agendas and presentations to facilitate productive board meetings
  • Researching and providing expertise on corporate governance best practices
  • Collaborating across internal teams to implement new policies and procedures
  • Serving as the liaison with external stakeholders on governance issues
  • Ensuring effective communication between our agency and board members
