LHH is recruiting a Paralegal for the Cleveland office a regional law firm. The paralegal will assist the firm's long-term health care group with real estate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and loan closings. Opportunity to work from home up to 2 dats per week. • A Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
• 5-7 year paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
• Real estate transactional experience, including loan closings
• M&A experience
