Our client is looking for an experienced, well-qualified Paralegal with specialization in COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS to join their thriving downtown Cleveland office. The paralegal will service the firm’s clients by assisting with real estate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, sales, and closings. They will assist in the preparation and review of real estate documents, such as purchase and sale agreements, closing statements, deeds, etc. Relevant experience is strongly preferred.
If you enjoy working extensively with the firm’s clients, this is an excellent opportunity for you. You will work alongside a team of experienced attorneys who take pride in their work and excel at client service.

Qualifications of Paralegal:
- 5 years of Paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department setting
- 3 years’ experience with COMMERCIAL real estate transactions
- Must have strong written communication skills
- Strong planning, follow-up, organizational skills, and forward-thinking ability
- Ability to handle multiple assignments at one time
- Exceptional client service skills
- Ability to handle confidential and privileged information with discretion
- Advanced computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office applications
