Immediate opening for an experienced Civil Litigation Paralegal to work in our Cleveland office. Responsibilities encompass all duties associated with a litigation practice, including preparation of correspondence and responses to discovery, document review, analysis, and indexing, coordinating with witnesses and handling subpoenas, and file management and organization.
Qualified candidates should be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and have exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Candidates should also be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Handling Electronically Stored Information (ESI) and ESI protocols, including tracking, processing, review, and production of ESI is required. Duties and responsibilities relative to e-discovery include: developing and analyzing e-discovery protocol, collecting and analyzing ESI, using an eDiscovery review platform (i.e. Relativity, Everlaw) to accurately identify, review, and redact privileged information, and producing ESI in various formats with the ability to work with load files. Experience with trial presentation technology is preferred. Estate Planning experience is also a plus.
A bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate and a minimum of three years of experience are required.
