Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience with corporate and real estate transactions

• Experience with attorney timekeeping, expense reimbursements, and billing software

• Experience with document management systems, iManage experience preferred

• Experience working with real estate and corporate legal documents while assisting with transactions and closings

• Experience with redlining, proofreading, editing transactional legal documents

• Experience with researching real estate records

• Experience with filing legal documents (paper and electronic)

• Experience with preparing for closings and closing binders

• Experience with conflict checks, check requests, engagement letters

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
