Want To Sell Now is looking to bring on an Executive Assistant to help with the rapid

growth our company is experiencing.

The goal is to assist with daily tasks as needed to

keep the CEO on task with running the business. This will include a variety of

assignments while helping to maintain overall organization of the office. The executive

assistant ensures smooth running of our company's offices and contributes in driving

company growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Increase social media and brand awareness (Google, Facebook, IG, etc)
  • Provide weekly reports for key metrics of the company
  • Pay miscellaneous company bills and keep expenses organized
  • Handle HR and recruiting when Want To Sell Now goes through hiring cycles
  • Coordinate sending gifts to title companies, customers, and vendors
  • Handles various office errands (post office trips, supply trips, and other)
  • Gather office video content from time to time

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Excel, Calendar, etc.)
  • Perform basic office task
  • Common sense and good judgment
  • Teachable and willing to adapt our streamlined processes/systems.
  • Quick Starter
  • 1-2 years of marketing experience required
  • 1-2 years of administrative work required
  • Can follow instructions and is detail oriented
  • High School Diploma. College is not required, but preferred

Tech-Savvy: You have the aptitude to learn new programs quickly and are able to troubleshoot common issues. Well versed in Google & Microsoft Office Suite, internet navigation, and all social media aspects.

SUPER Organized: You pay attention to the smallest detail and are able to juggle

multiple projects efficiently all while staying focused. You excel at following up and

following through and love checklists. You are resourceful and have the ability to

assess, prioritize and act quickly. You work well independently.

Perfectionist - within reason: You like things done the right way. You operate with a high level of professionalism and present yourself as such. You also understand the importance of accuracy and meeting deadlines. “Excuses” are not in your vocabulary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
