We buy and sell properties throughout cities such as Houston, San Antonio, and Austin. We focus on helping homeowners find solutions for selling their homes. Sellers may be going through a foreclosure, can’t sell their property due to needed renovations, or may be out of state but need to sell. Experience (preferred or required):

  • HS Diploma required.
  • Highly organized, ability to follow processes - ability to adhere to schedules/deadlines
  • Critical Thinking - excellent problem-solving and planning skills
  • Excellent writing and communication skills required
  • Technology-driven & ability to learn quickly required
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office, including Google Spreadsheets
  • Real Estate Transaction Coordinator experience(Title, TREC Contracts, Amendments, etc.)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Transactions

  • Coordinate all aspects of real estate transactions from initiation to completion.
  • Work closely with sellers, buyers, and title agents to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Manage and file all documentation associated with each transaction.
  • Collaborate with title companies to resolve any title issues.
  • Utilize CRM systems (Podio, Monday) to update files and track progress.
  • Schedule photos, inspections, and any other walkthroughs, meetings, and or appointments with sellers, buyers, title agents, mobile notaries, property runners, etc.
  • Communicate and maintain rapport with the sellers, buyers, and title agents
  • Coordinate all necessary lending documents and tasks for closings.

Operations/Project Management

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence handling
  • Support day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring seamless execution of business processes and procedures.
  • Support streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service agreements to ensure quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness

Property Management (Rentals)

  • Lead the management of rental properties with a focus on optimizing operations and maximizing profitability.
  • Oversee rental spreadsheets and CRM and ensure timely payment of utilities by tenants.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for rental properties across various platforms, including Zillow, Craigslist, and marketplace groups.
  • Ensure all rental properties are effectively marketed, leased, and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Take charge of filing processes for each property, including taxes and water bills, to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Proactively address contractor and tenant requests, demonstrating strong leadership and problem-solving skills in resolving issues

Miscellaneous

  • Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position
  • Attend business meetings and trainings as required
  • Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned

Schedule: Mon-Fri, Weekends as needed, 9:00am - 6:00pm
