LHH Recruitment Solutions is Hiring an Administrative Assistant(Sales Support) Near Tempe, AZ

Administrative Assistant(Sales Support)
LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a manufacturing company in Tempe. This organization is in search of a full time administrative assistant to support their large sales team. This position is fully in office, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The hourly range is between $21/hr-$25/hr. 
 

As the Administrative Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the sales department. You'll be responsible for processing sales orders, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with various administrative and clerical tasks. 

Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery to customers.
  • Maintain organized records of sales transactions, including order details, invoices, and shipping documentation.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, including monitoring stock levels and coordinating with the production team as needed.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations for internal meetings and management review.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate logistics for sales meetings, trade shows, and other events, including travel arrangements and accommodations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with SAP..
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
