The Opportunity:

Work with our regional sales managers to develop and implement marketing plans to grow the business and build brand loyalty. The focus of this role will be develop and manage new build or renovation projects from the planning and budgeting phase through confirmation or order placed. Also, focus on portfolio strategy, product road map, new product introduction, pricing, and overall product lifecycle management. 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Utilize project management methodologies to effectively plan, execute, and control chiller projects
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve project goals
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (internal and external) across the US and Korea
  • Lead product road mapping, including identifying market opportunities, conducting research, and overseeing new product launches and end-of-life processes
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies based on market and industry research
  • Control product pricing to optimize profitability
  • Monitor the logistics process to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Partner with demand planners to forecast product demand, manage inventory, and mitigate risks
  • Execute sales and marketing activities to drive revenue growth and profit target
  • Develop and implement sales support programs and promotional pricing strategies.
  • Analyze market trends to ensure optimal product combinations are offered.

Project Management:

  • Own the entire chiller project lifecycle, ensuring on-time and successful delivery
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, keeping projects on track
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and risks clearly to stakeholders at all levels

Product Strategy:

  • Gain deep customer experience understanding to identify product gaps and opportunities for growth
  • Generate innovative ideas to improve customer experience, expand market share, and drive overall business growth
  • Champion the product vision internally, aligning stakeholders with the strategic direction

Product Planning and Execution:

  • Provide input on product pricing and positioning strategies to maximize market competitiveness and profitability
  • Translate product strategies into detailed requirements and prototypes that meet customer needs and business goals
  • Prioritize activities based on their impact on business success and customer satisfaction

Collaboration and Execution:

  • Partner with engineering teams to ensure efficient and timely product development for a quick time-to-market
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams like marketing, PR, executives, and other product managers for seamless product launches
  • Participate actively in product launches, working closely with various teams for a successful rollout

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 5 years’ experience is required
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles
  • Strong communication skills

Pay range $75,000 - $98,000, In addition to base pay this role is eligible for a bonus/commission plan
