Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries - Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professionalism in all customer interactions - Utilize bilingual skills (English and Spanish) to assist customers who require language support - Upsell products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences - Provide exceptional customer service by resolving complaints and issues in a timely manner - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update customer information in the system - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers or promote new products/services Experience: - Proven experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet - Experience with data entry and navigating computer systems - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated.
