Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Engage with customers to promote sales by making phone calls, emails & text
- Answer phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
Requirements:
-Detail Oriented
- Experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus. (Will train the right person)
- Business adequate attire & well groomed
- Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette
- Being motivated & disciplined
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
