It's about each person bringing skills and passion to a challenging and constantly changing world. About the role Under general supervision, this position is responsible for maintaining and processing the weekly and bi-weekly payrolls, including balancing and reconciling all payroll figures.

The position is also responsible for maintenance of the payroll records and reconciliation of all payroll related general ledger accounts.

Responsibilities Verify timekeeping records-Kronos knowledge a plus but will train. Record payroll data in Peoplesoft and verify amounts.

Update tax status as needed. Change employee banking records when necessary to process payments accurately. Ability to process basic functions and formulas in Microsoft Excel.

Familiarity with payroll software a plus. Strong attention to detail required. Maintain compliant policies and procedures for processing payroll checks.
