Job Title: Prep Cook

Full Time / Part Time / Seasonal: Seasonal

Compensation: 16 - 28 Hourly (commensurate with experience

Position Description: 

As a Prep cook on our back of house team, you’ll join a crew of culinarily excited individuals who share a common goal of outputting a high quality product while enjoying their time spent preparing all of our restaurant's signature dishes as a team. This role is best suited for someone with a solid attitude, culinary excitement and a desire to be a part of a team with a winning mindset!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare ingredients, signature dressings and sauces following signature recipes

  • Prepare ingredients, signature dressings and sauces adhering to all recipes
  • Assist with replenishment and execution of all menu items. 
  • Work as a team with your fellow prep cooks to ensure smooth operations
  • Cook ingredients to coincide with specified recipes
  • Complete daily shift work checklist and ensure all job tasks are done satisfactorily. 
  • Follow all food safety and standard operating procedures
  • Complete weekly cleaning project work, as needed and directed.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and ability to work in a busy kitchen environment. 
  • Provide excellent customer service to all patrons, communicate with MOD, follow directions, show up on time and be a team player. ​​​​​​​

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have 1 year of prep experience
  • Ability to manage and execute daily food service operations 
  • Must possess a valid drivers license.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • ServSafe Certification is highly recommended but not required.

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Self-discipline, initiative and outgoing pleasant, polite manner with a neat and clean appearance.
  • Must be able to multitask and work calmly under pressure. 
  • Must possess good communication skills. 
  • Must be reliable, responsible and respectful. 
  • Must be a team player
