The Dispensary General Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the dispensary. They will ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies and provide support to all dispensary staff including patient advisors, inventory staff, security staff and other dispensary agents. The Dispensary General Manager will work with the Inventory Assistant Manager on scheduling, training, providing policy and procedure updates, keeping updated with industry news and product information. The Dispensary General Manager will work with the Inventory Team on ordering and receiving of all inventory and product, arranging deliveries, and maintaining agent and facility compliance and cleanliness. The General Manager will be responsible of the entire team of Assistant Managers, Team Leaders, & Budtenders. The GM will work closely with our Executives CEO, COO, & CFO.
