Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Associate to join our New York team at Leviev USA, a world-renowned luxury diamond jewelry brand. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and showcasing our extraordinary rare diamond collection and fine jewelry.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

-Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations
- Understand customer needs and recommend products or services that best suit them
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering personalized styling advice and recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Upsell products to increase revenue

*Requirements:*

- 3 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in fine jewelry or diamond sales

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong knowledge of luxury jewelry brands and industry trends

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales data analysis

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Skills:
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell products
- Knowledge of stock management procedures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Outstanding customer service abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $180,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 – 50 per week
