Location: Minneapolis
Pay: $28 - $36 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, monthly rotating weekends

In this position, you will be responsible for providing maintenance services in our apartment communities to include installation of appliances, HVAC, electrical work, and general repairs and maintenance of equipment. You will use your own vehicle to drive to a limited number of properties and you will be reimbursed for mileage.
We are ideally looking for someone with a positive attitude and strong work ethic who has 1 to 3 years of maintenance experience. HVAC, EPA, and Boilers license is preferred. You must be able to effectively communicate in English and have basic computer skills in MSWord, Excel, and Outlook. Must have reliable transportation.
