Job Title: Commercial Flooring Sales Representative
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Commercial Flooring Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with businesses to deliver flooring solutions tailored to their unique needs.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and nurture relationships with clients, including End Users, General Contractors, Higher Education Institutions, Healthcare Facilities, Government Agencies, Property Managers, Office Suites etc.
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate flooring solutions.
• Present and demonstrate a variety of flooring products and the company services offered to potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver quotes and proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiate sales contracts and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay informed and up to date on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.

Requirements:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in sales and customer service.
• Knowledge of various flooring products and installation processes.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and exceed sales targets.
