Lenze and Sons Construction LLC is Hiring a PAINTER Near Springfield, MO
Job Overview:
Rehab Technician and helpers needed. Can you run a spray rig? Can you tape, mud and texture sheetrock? Can you hang ceiling fans and light fixtures? Can you hang doors and install door knobs? Can you install faucets and hang mini blinds?This just might be the job for you!
This is a full time position. Must be dependable and have own tools and a truck.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, caulking, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Mix, match, and apply paint or other finishes according to specifications
- Use brushes, rollers, or spray equipment to apply paint or other finishes
- Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect adjacent areas, remove fixtures and covers as needed
- Calculate the amount of materials needed for each project
- Repair, patch, texture walls or surfaces prior to painting
-Clean and maintain all tools and equipment
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations
Qualifications:
- Solid knowledge of painting techniques and materials
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship REQUIRED
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines.
-Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects standing for long periods of time.
