Painter/Handyman
Are you an experienced and passionate painter with a flair for perfection? If you have a knack for transforming properties through exceptional painting skills, we have the perfect opportunity for you! As our Painter/Handyman, you will be the driving force behind elevating the visual appeal of our properties, making them truly stand out.
Position hours are Monday through Friday with some weekend availability to handle emergency calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute interior and exterior painting projects with precision and expertise.
- Masterfully repair and touch up walls, ceilings, and surfaces to achieve flawless results.
- Conduct routine property inspections, prioritizing painting-related tasks.
- Collaborate closely with our maintenance team to ensure properties maintain their pristine appearance.
- Maintain meticulous records of your work and materials used.
- Offer support in other maintenance tasks as required to contribute to our property excellence.
- Uphold a clean and organized work area, showcasing your professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as a painter with an impressive portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in various painting techniques, tools, and materials.
- Basic maintenance skills and the ability to troubleshoot and carry out minor repairs.
- An unwavering commitment to detail and delivering top-tier workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a passion for painting.
- Ability to work independently and as a team while effectively managing priorities.
- Effective time management and organization skills
- Clean driver's record and valid (or able to attain) Missouri driver's license
- Must be physically able to lift 25 lbs
