New Home Sales Consultant

Our New Homes Sales Consultants are responsible for the daily operation of our Model Home (weekend hours are required). Primary responsibilities include working with customers, processing sale agreements, and closing new home sales with the final goal of creating a satisfied customer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engages and projects the "We Care" attitude with all customers, qualifies and sells to leads that come in from outside sources including Cronkhite Homes Online Sales Specialist, phone calls, model home visits, referrals, etc, and log all leads into the company CRM.
  • Understand the principles of customer service and recognize that good service often requires a shocking level of response.
  • Track showing from agents with the CRM. Follow up with agents who have shown model and spec homes in order to gain feedback and share these findings with the Sales Manager.
  • Determine potential home buyers' needs and guide them through the home buying process, including conducting sales meetings, sending follow-up emails, setting proper expectations, overseeing concept design, pricing, and preparation of proposals.
  • Draft new contracts for buyers including sales addenda and deliver all the portions of the sales contract to the Sales Manager for review.
  • Engage with customers throughout the home-building process in order to assist in creating a smooth home-building process and a high level of customer experience. This includes the buyer's kick-off meeting, weekly construction update emails, communication of appraisal and inspection ready dates, and final homeowner orientation tours.
  • New Home Consultants must have an understanding and willingness to comply with prospect follow-up systems and procedures, through consistent sales training programs and CRM requirements, to ensure efficient and timely sales goals are reached.

PREREQUISITES FOR SUCCESS:

  • Missouri Real Estate License preferred not required. We are willing to assist you with obtaining your license.
  • Proficient in office software systems (Google Workplace, preferred)
  • Familiarity with or aptitude to learn Customer Relationship Management software (Lasso, preferred)
  • Extremely well-organized, flexible, able to prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Available to travel to sites and communities
  • Clean driver's record and valid (or able to attain) Missouri driver's license
  • Must be physically able to lift 25 lbs
